Well I have created a class for you where you can take some time out for yourself, and take you away from being a mum taxi or being in the kitchen cooking different meals!

I will provide support and give you opportunities to share your experiences with each other in a non-judgemental way

What happens in a Nurture Circle, you may ask?

In my Nurture Circles, you can share your joys and challenges of being a women, discussing various ideas and techniques, and offer each other emotional support, and gain opportunities for you to learn new skills, such as mindfulness practices, self-care strategies, or communication techniques
